Course presentation
  • It's a series of accessible, slow movements in a precise order to encourage the free circulation of Qi and blood in the main meridians.
  • It's a maintenance and preventive practice that promotes good health and stimulates all the body's functions.
  • Twelve meridians will be taught, their location and function.
  • With good visualization and awareness of the different pathways in the body, emphasis will be placed on breathing, certain points and circuits in the body during movement.
  • This practice can last from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the number of repetitions.
  • As the movements are repeated, the mind becomes increasingly attuned to the sensations, as the body remembers the movements and leaves the mind available to deepen the internal movements.
  • Two days are required to learn and integrate the routine.
  • At the start of each practice, a warm-up prepares the body and mind.
  • Each movement will be seen for its theoretical aspect before beginning practice.
  • As you learn, specific intentions will be added to further move the energy in the meridians.
  • The routine ends with a moment of integration
  • Individual corrections will be made as necessary.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes
  • Bring a bottle of water and lunch

Trained in the 1990s, Louise Crevier specializes in Chinese energy medicine, naturopathy, NLP, meditation and Qi Gong. Her background is enriched by internships in China and Thailand, where she collaborated with the Universal Healing Tao Center, of which she is now Associate Instructor. This international experience has nurtured a deeply human and global vision of health. For over two decades, she has been accompanying people seeking to regain balance, vitality and body awareness through an integrative and caring approach. Her treatments, inspired by Chinese tradition and underpinned by a modern understanding of body and mind, aim to harmonize energies and support natural self-healing processes. Driven by a desire to pass on her knowledge, Louise also teaches Chinese medicine and Qi Gong at the École des cinq éléments. She believes that health is a skill that can be learned, and works to make this knowledge accessible to all, in a spirit of sharing, gentleness and autonomy.
