Terms and conditions for the online store

By making a purchase on the https://louisecrevier.ca, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

1. Course offerings

The Five Elements School proposes :

• online courses ;
• in-person courses in Saint-Lambert and Shefford, Quebec.

Details (content, duration, prices, dates) are given on each course page.

2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of registration.

Payment methods accepted: credit card and PayPal. For payment by check or cash, please contact me at louise5elements@gmail.com or at (450) 812-9971.

Confirmation is sent by e-mail after purchase.

3. Online courses

Access is personal and non-transferable.

Access time :

• Live course: 1 month
• Other courses: 18 months.

Refund within 7 days of access being granted, unless otherwise stated.

4. In-person courses

Classes take place on the dates specified at the time of registration.

A course may be cancelled or postponed if the minimum number of participants is not reached or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of cancellation by the École des cinq éléments, the customer may choose :

• a refund ;
• a postponement to a later date ;
• a credit applicable to another course.

5. Cancellation by the customer

Cancellation more than 7 days before the course: refund

Cancellation less than 7 days before the course: no refund / credit only

No refund for absence on the day of the course

6. Intellectual property

Course content is the exclusive property of L'École des cinq éléments and may not be copied, shared or resold.

7. Liability

Courses are offered for educational purposes.

The Five Elements School does not guarantee any specific results.

8. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
