  • This series of courses comprises 8 one-hour sessions on the major theme identified. Like all meditations, it aims to calm the mind, develop presence in the present moment, and welcome what is without judgment.
  • Several topics will be covered, such as trust, cellular harmonization, the gaze of discovery, honoring the present moment, our learnings, the inner smile, feeling the life force...
  • Each session comprises several practices lasting from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the chosen themes. Each session includes moments of silence, selected music and guided meditation.
  • The series is personalized by inviting you to suggest a topic at the start of the session, all in the strictest confidence.
  • The various attitudes of mindfulness, such as welcoming, letting go, patience and fresh eyes, are an integral part of the practices.
  • We'll also look at the obstacles that can be encountered when practicing mindfulness meditation.
Anyone who has meditated or wishes to add this practice to their current life.
Be able to stand still for an hour. Ideally, you should already have taken the time to breathe mindfully.

Trained in the 1990s, Louise Crevier specializes in Chinese energy medicine, naturopathy, NLP, meditation and Qi Gong. Her background is enriched by internships in China and Thailand, where she collaborated with the Universal Healing Tao Center, of which she is now Associate Instructor. This international experience has nurtured a deeply human and global vision of health. For over two decades, she has been accompanying people seeking to regain balance, vitality and body awareness through an integrative and caring approach. Her treatments, inspired by Chinese tradition and underpinned by a modern understanding of body and mind, aim to harmonize energies and support natural self-healing processes. Driven by a desire to pass on her knowledge, Louise also teaches Chinese medicine and Qi Gong at the École des cinq éléments. She believes that health is a skill that can be learned, and works to make this knowledge accessible to all, in a spirit of sharing, gentleness and autonomy.
