Course presentation
  • This practice was created by Zhào Jin Xiang in 1980. Following a serious illness, he contacted leading Qi Gong masters to build a routine based on Chinese medicine. It takes into account the 5 elements, yin and yang, meridians and the wonderful vessels.
  • It is a practice that provides the person with a deep opening towards healing, the internal adjustment of all systems.
  • Properly practiced, it makes you feel as light as a bird.
  • It's a long apprenticeship, but at the same time, it's very beneficial at every stage, for better health.
  • This is the most therapeutic Qi Gong in my opinion.
  • The Flight of the Crane routine comprises 5 sequences of 6 to 10 movements. There are several levels to this practice:
    • The first involves practising the movements of the entire routine
    • The second is to focus more precisely on the shape.
    • The third, known as the 6th movement, can be practiced after 100 hours of integration and consists of experiencing a spontaneous movement. This is considered healing, since it's not the mind that chooses, but rather the energy that moves and the body follows. There may even be sounds, slow or fast movements, or none at all.
  • The series of 5 sequences can be learned gradually.
  • We refine our practice every time.
