Course offerings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Five Elements School proposes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>online courses ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in-person courses in Saint-Lambert and Shefford, Quebec.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details (content, duration, prices, dates) are given on each course page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is required at the time of registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment methods accepted: credit card and PayPal. For payment by check or cash, please contact me at <a href=\"mailto:louise5elements@gmail.com\">louise5elements@gmail.com<\/a> or at (450) 812-9971.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confirmation is sent by e-mail after purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Online courses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access is personal and non-transferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access time :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Live course: 1 month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other courses: 18 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund within 7 days of access being granted, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. In-person courses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Classes take place on the dates specified at the time of registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A course may be cancelled or postponed if the minimum number of participants is not reached or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of cancellation by the \u00c9cole des cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments, the customer may choose :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a refund ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a postponement to a later date ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a credit applicable to another course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Cancellation by the customer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation more than 7 days before the course: refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation less than 7 days before the course: no refund \/ credit only<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No refund for absence on the day of the course<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:louise5elements@gmail.com\">louise5elements@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Course content is the exclusive property of L'\u00c9cole des cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments and may not be copied, shared or resold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Courses are offered for educational purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Five Elements School does not guarantee any specific results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Applicable law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9.
